Hello NLN. I need to ask you guys something, when you email intertops (if you ever have?) How long does it usually take for them to respond? i remember sending them an email for the 10%percent bonus on Tuesdays and by the time the responded (after the 3rd email i sent them) the first response said it was credited into my account, (witch maybe and i didn't notice but i don't know) second said the promo is expired and next time I have to email them on Tuesday to claim it. do you guys email account or bet, i've tried both for some concerns and i have not gotten a response from them. I have nothing against intertops i really love there casino and in the past as far as i could remember i have never not had emails no responded to, they used to take like a couple hours, well any responses will be greatly appreciated.. thank you in advance. happy super bowl everyone hope you guys are all off of work and enjoy the weekend!

Thanks TDTAT im not sure about if i recived the 10 percent you know, i might have hit something on a slot and thought it was the a regular hit when it was the bonus being credited honestly i do not know. they say it got credited but who knows. but they seem to never respond to my emails anymore. dosent make my feel very appreciated after all ive lost there in the past, and never took anything back from them lol, but its ok one day i will hit big and im sure they will respond them.. but yeah i really have no idea on how to check if they actually credited the bonus. i also sent them 3 seperate emails on the same tops still waiting on a response, i never remembering it taking this long for them to talk to me Sad

i had the same problem when i made my first deposit and they told me that i got a 100% bonus put didn't see it credit i did the same thing u did and i just gave up. they told me the same thing that it was credited when i was playing a game but went to the playcheck and still couldn't see so i just said forget it. so it made me think twice about depositing even thought that's the only micro i can play at Mad

banner and/or go to the sports home page... Log in and then CLICK
account and HISTORY and all deposits and bonus are listed there
so you can check wink If you did not end up getting it just send
me a personal message with your account # and I can look
into it for you

jacquelin, It is not that at all. You can diss any casino
you want wink , just state facts. People take
what NoLucker's say seriously.. If you say you did not get a bonus
they make sure your statement is true or let me find out.

I am here to help you get anything you are entitled to for sure..
Just say..
"I think they did not give me a bonus I should have received" then we can figure it out.
It is quite a different thing to say: I did not receive the bonus I should have had... that implies the casino is definately trying to do something wrong...


I did not think this was a big deal at all, that is why I explained by personal message.. Just try to make sure if you say something it is a fact..
if it is not a fact, that is no problem, just say that this is what you think may have happened..

Thanks!! But if I went and worked for a casino, I would
have no time to gamble.. Laughing I may be an affiliate now,
but I was a player first and ultimately do the whole

lol i have been to some gambling forums and I have NEVER ever seen an admin this devoted to there members you have the ultimate guest service and im sure we all appreciate it very much, thank for still havening this forum up and running and letting us enjoy it, i never knew gambling could be this much fun. I mean all the bonus offers and freebies i could ever hope for, i never heard of all these things until i came to this forum, its been rough but nln is helping me get through everything adding a little light to all my miserable luck, thanks again honestly i appreciate it more than you will ever know... i wish i could do something to help out. i will soon!!! i hope!
