Intertops Casino Request cd for possible $10 n/d *ALL USA

i signed up and i didn't even request the cd and they sent it to me, but i didn't get a code at all.

And when i sent an email to support, they emailed me back saying that if i had the code then they would gladly give me the 10.

But there was no code

timmsa, I did not get $10 either, but that was 3 months
ago.. crystal32 said some players are getting $10 now,
so NEW players can try if they want
