I did the same as you did. redeemed "ITCC175P2" and went to City Of Gold, just to find nothing. I found out that the code one shall redeem is "ITCC175P". Then do a deposit (those posts that mention the deposit all wrote $20) but to be sure i went to Live-Support and there i was told that i had to deposit $30 and then i can redeem "ITCC175P2".
It's a combination bonus... "100% deposit bonus + 100 free spin"
So ITCC175P2 is a free spin code BUT only if ITCC175P have been redeemed first, then done a deposit, then ITCC175P2 will give the 100 free spin.
According to my investigation the Expiration date is April 26, 2019! so there is still time
