Well I have good news. Intertops issued a free chip for $50.00. I made the 6000.00 playthru.
I cashout out $325.00 (50.00 for a check fee and the max cash was 250.00 but they let me cash 275.00).
That was on Friday November 4th, and I received the check on Friday November 11th.
I'm so excited, no hassles or anything on a totally free chip. Just deposited it today, we'll see because it is a Canadian bank....

My bank usally takes longer if the bank is international, but the last one I got cleared no problem.

It's strange, it says it is Canadian, but it appears to operate out of New York????
Are they all International banks? And have they ever questioned you?

RGALP, I have never had a question... they did not even ask me when I got a check from Greece from somewhere. If the address is USA, then it is not an intertnational check I think, so all should be fine. Many banks are internationl, but if the check addy is not then it is not an international check.
