Initial Deposit Question

I have several questions about making an initial deposit at a casino. Where's the best place to go? Who has the minimum deposit of $20 (with debit or credit card)? Where will I get paid the fastest (or get paid..PERIOD!)? Who has the highest bonus amount?

In other words.....where will I get more bang for my buck?
