I didn't get an e-mail but had $5 in my account. So, it would be a good idea to check even if you didn't hear from them!

None for me yet and I deposited last month a few times..
but I will check my account next week, because I don't think they
credit all the bonuses at once

Do you know how much can withdraw? I got a $5 manager bonus
and have it up to $40. Can I withdraw it?
