I hadn't deposited with Inetbet in sometime but felt I liked them over any rtg. I began depositing money. 200$ over a couple weeks to test it out. Nothing exciting but eventually I hit a lucky streak and had over 900 dlls. Unfortunately when I went to withdraw my info needed to be verified. So despite them saying 24 hr payout the be ordeal took over a week and they were requesting more deposits to confirm my identity. I went ahead and told them I had been doing so and then they requested I resubmit the forms because they couldn't find them. Well after being fristrated I had already run thru my winnings but what was the worse part is that it only took 24 took complete the second time around. Some customers service. That's the short version. Why would they wonder why I'm not depositing anymore.

Fduarte, That is not good and I'm sorry you had trouble. I would be happy to complain to my contact about your issues. If you'd like to give me your account name I could have my contact look at the history and deal with the specific people who handled your account.

I would suggest getting your identity verification done at any casino you play at regularly. Then it is all done when you are ready to request a payout and you cashouts will be quicker.

Sure the acct name is fduarte. I realize I had a few accts with them over the years but I've had the same issue with other gaming sites and they solve it right there on the spot. I've only ever deposited with that acct id. Customer service seemed to be pretty attentive but the verification Dept just seemed clueless. I went as far as explaining my frustration and lack of attention that I received but just didn't receive any consolation or sense of concern. It's unfortunate, and the jumping thru hoops made it unfavorable.

Fduarte, Hi there. I heard back from the casino. There was a mistake on their part due to some confusion.

It may make you feel better to know that you only lost $50 when you played back the $900, because you were playing a free chip and the maximum cashout amount was $50.

"So the player received a $5 Manager Bonus on the 4th Jan (which has a max cash out of $50) at 01:38:55 EST on 5th Jan he had $900 in his account and the money was down to $12 by 03:15:35 EST which was just over 2 and a half hours. Our cashiers wouldn’t have been in the office during these hours so the documents wouldn’t have been processed, plus we don’t advertise verification within in 24 hours, we will tray an process ASAP but it can depend on how many verification forms are in the queue. The player would only have been able to withdraw $50 and not the $900 he had in his account. A withdrawal was also never requested by the player."

With regards to being told to deposit to get verified: there was some confusion because only players who have completed a deposit can get verified and the documents ended up at Kudos instead of inetbet (you have deposited at iNetBet, but not kudos). They are sorry for the mistake. Here's what the casino said:

"In regards to him being told he’d need to make a deposit to get verified… There was a mix up where his documents were sent to and the cashier thought that the player was trying to verify his kudos account which had no deposits in, so as we can only verify depositing accounts, as we need to verify the account, the player was told that to verify his account he needed to make a deposit. Hence why the player was thinking we’d told him to deposit more in iNetBet which is something we wouldn’t do."
