Actually it is two questions.
If you make playthrough on a free chip and cashout and then reverse your cashout and continue playing, is it clear of playthoughs? Can you cash out anytime/any amount?
Question 2: Got a free chip from Pantasia. Minimum cashout was 10X chip (250) and max cashout was 10X chip (250). Do you think is was a mistake or what? I've never seen a freebie that the minimum and maximum were the same.
What do you think?

I don't think you can "cashout" unless you have met your "playthrough." So I would think if you reversed your cash out, it is still clear from the playthough that you originally had. NOW, If it has a MAX cashout out, I would think that would still apply.
Don't know about ? #2 never seen it, would not assume a mistake though, would ask first!
ANYWHO! CONGRATS AND CONTINUED GOOD LUCK! CASH OUT BIG... $$$$$

Many free chips are min/max cashout the same amount lately..
Ask support about the other question.. if you are trying to
cashout and then reverse and have no max cashout the answer will be no way... I would be willing to bet
THIS TOPIC is moved to general chat as it is not a contest

anniemac - I hope this helps with part of your question: Actually, I cashed out on a chip that was 10x min & 10x max cashout. I asked if it was a typo or other mistake, and was told the terms were correct.
Hopefully that answers the second part of anniemac's question.
I'm not entirely sure if a reversed cashout could be made for more/less than the min/max, or if the original terms still applied, though. Like TDTAT says, try asking support the other question.
GOOD LUCK!

Kind of a moot question since I lost all anyway but was just wondering.
Didn't mean for this post to be in contest section. Must have been where I was when I thought about it.
Thanks all for the info.

Sorry to hear that. I was kind of curious about the answer myself.
