That's a big NEGATIVE, a couple of members have posted regarding this, which brought it to my attention. I thought it was just me....

my repsonse.. In my first email I mentioned multiple players
had the problem!

How about at least addressing it from
a person and not iNetBet??

Well, I tested last night after you contacted them. I've been depositing so I asked for a "little"free chip (very politely I might add). I do this occassionaly because I don't usually use the coupons. This time I emailed manager@inetbet, guess what, my "imagination" is still seeing no response.

I get nervous when I don't receive responses from casinos, or when they don't have live support. So you are absolutely right. Lack of deposits will probably get their attention.

Just a note for everyone. Quite awhile ago I played alot at Club Player. I had a cashout, which of course took about 3 weeks (but I did get it). Now, supposedly (if you don't use a coupon) cash out is I believe 48 hours (I wish I had the chance Smile to test them). They always respond to emails, and they have live customer service. Ant though the cashout is only the amount of the chip, they are "very" generous with their free chips. So, I think I'm dropping Inetbet, and putting those extra deposits at Club Player.

Just wanted to pass on some info...........that's what is so great about this forum. You can get soooooooooo much info before you get burned Smile

Voodoo, maybe they are on their way out or something. It's just when a pattern changes (not for the good), it is usually not a good sign.

You are right.. Club Player
is not a bad place to play if you deposit with no bonus
(WHICH IS The easiest way to win there).. then you can use
some insurance promo or ask for free chips if you loose!!
I cashed out there several times myself at Club player (long but got paid)
Here is another piece of good info for CLUB PLAYER:
Email attention MANAGER CYNTHIA if you have problems
or want a special bonus or whatever.. She used to take great care
of me and even helped speed up a few cashouts!
She can also be contacted in regards to COOL CAT or CIRRUS issues
and can help at those 2 casinos.... you can ask for her

As we said we are not aware of any unanswered mails at this time.

I see from your link that the problems were some weeks back. If you have any details or some timeframes I can look into this further for you.

If there were some issues back then I believe that these have all now been rectified.
