I recently made my first deposit with Absolute Slots, only deposited $25 but claimed a 150 romotion. I started off doing great, and instantly had over $400, I got excited and started playing a progressive machine, only like 20 spins or maybe even less, I didn't win, but looking back now I don't know if I had met play-thru requirements. I did read the T&C's before playing, but thought that if I played it, it just wouldn't count as play-thru. Anyway I made a withdrawal on January 1 and never thought anything about it, and when January 9 came around with my withdrawal still pending, I emailed support numerous times and contacted live support numerous times. Finally I gave up agitated and reversed it, anyway ended up winning again, and put in for another withdrawal, and then it hits me, This was all my own mistake, the withdrawal was still pending because maybe I wasn't suppose to play progressives, I again contacted support tonight, and was told that they will review it and decide whether my winnings will be void. I never won anything on the progressive I went back through play history and calculated it up, I broke even on it, only played about 20 spins. I won most of what I cashed out afterwards on video slots, actually at one time had it close to $1,500. I don't know what to expect, but I believe that I really may have messed up good, and because of those spins of the progressive I may not get anything. I emailed support and apologized for hasseling them about the withdrawal. I want to also let everyone here on this forum know that the processing time was my own fault, not the casinos fault, if I had stayed within the conditons of the promotions, I am sure I would have had my withdrawal on time. Does anyone have any idea of what I can expect, I would appreciate anyones comments on this matter.
Thanks for allowing me to vent, I am so mad at myself right now.

Yes, its true, there are games that are excluded from play when a bonus is applied BUT -- any game can be played it just won't count towards your playthrough. This is what I understand to be true with most casinos.
I guess if you played a game that was excluded and won then started playing another qualifying game - you still have to make playthrough on that qualifying game.
Every casino seems to be just about the same. I have never heard that you can't play progressive slots at any casino I have ever played (with a bonus) -- usually its VP, BJ, Roulette, etc.
Hope you get your $$$$.
Good Luck.

mistye81, Hello, you can not play one spin on a game that is not allowed while you are playing a bonus until after wagering requirements.
If you play a game that is not allowed, your winnings can be voided.
If you only made a few spins, you could talk to the casino and maybe they will help, but I am not sure.

I realize my mistake, and whatever happens I will understand without any hard-feelings toward the casino. This was my own misunderstanding, and my own fault. I have learned a "valuable" lesson. Thanks everyone for your input and helping me to understand this better.
