Help cashing out at Vegas Regal

Hi everybody, I won for the 1st time on a $30.00 no deposit chip at Vegas Regal and have never won before so I would like to know what documents I will need for them to verify my identity. I do not have a bank account. I was told I would need to buy a gift card or similar to make a small deposit to verify, but have also been reading about net teller? How does the casino pay you? I assumed I would lose the money from the chip in a short time like the others I have played. I was on live chat, I did save that first chat, then got cut off live chat today, and nobody is available on the phones at all today. I am new to all of this but plan to play at Vegas Regal from now on as I love it there.
