I've been playing at Grande Vegas for 8 years. I was just told by a rep named Ben that the $2000 and up a month all year long isn't considered VIP. Evidently there's an elite VIP program that I don't qualify for. Even though their service has been pitiful, I am supposed to be satisfied with the 25% cashback for not using coupons and the 250% slots coupons I receive each month. I'd like some feedback on whether or not I should continue to deposit my hard earned money into a casino that feels $2000 a month and up isn't considered VIP when we all should be VIP to begin with. I was told theirs an elite VIP program I don't qualify for. Even after all this money and eight years of play loyalty to them. I've received ONE letter from a supposed VIP manager in 8 years to congratulate me on a random 5800 jackpot. I usually play back jackpots stupidly, but that's my choice and I live with that. I don't blame them for it even if the casino goes absolutely dead after winning something as most do. I'd just like your opinion on whether or not this casino is worth my loyalty or time any further. I did receive a 100% match bonus that included video poker...which I play 98% of the time and a letter telling me their so sorry I feel neglected. I'm not 8 years old needing a pat on my head, however a little appreciation for my loyalty more than one in 8 years and an hour and a half phone conversation is ridiculous. Even if it is the holidays, even prior to it, it takes usually 3 times in chat to get my 25% cashback. 30 to 45 minutes. So I'd just like some opinions on this. Just a little curious on what other players would do. The only thing they have worthwhile is western union. That's expensive...very. but it is a benefit. So please...any comments would be welcome. Even ones telling me I'm an idiot to keep playing there. Thanks and Happy New Year to all of you at NOLUCKNEEDED.COM

Sammy, I don't play as much as before at the Club World group but they always offer bonuses tat include video poker which I like. Also I am a VIP at Uptown and get a weekly chip if I deposit between Tues and Thurs. I also get a weekly deposit bonus that includes all games. They are pretty good to me, probably cuz I rarely cash out!!!!!

Just FYI.....good luck my fellow NOLUCKER

sammy, First, In regards to what RGALP said: I suggest you do not not play at the Club World group because they are behaving like rogue casinos now under their new ownership. I do agree with RGALP that Uptown is a good place to play and I also play a lot at SlotoCash (who still lets me play their VIP freerolls even though I don't deposit as much as I used to). I also do not recommend 3 dice. I have personally had bad experiences with them.

I personally play at Grande Vegas a lot because I win there the most and cashout a lot. They give out new free spins and free chips at least every week, which is more than I get at other casinos, regardless of VIP status. That said, you should play where you are happy and feel appreciated.

I would like to address this with Grande Vegas as they need to improve their VIP program if players are unhappy. Please send me your user id via private message so I can try to get this escalated to people who can improve the VIP programs.

Thanks so much for letting me know about this!

TDTAT,

Thank you for letting me know about Club World Casinos. I had stopped playing them awhile back and just started again. I won but the only option I had was bitcoin..and we all know where that went recently lol ...well not really.and again appreciate you letting me know about Club World. They give me 75% all games code for all play but as soon as I win, I lose that much faster. They stopped payment on two checks from there group after I deposited them into my account. My bank wouldn't accept checks from them any longer and caused me and my husband great issues. $1,700 is a large amount of money to get no warning about until it puts your account in the hole and other checks like mortgages start to be returned. My bank didn't appreciate it and questioned me highly over this situation. We've had this account for over 20 years. I think you could appreciate my issues with this.

My login at Grande is xxxxxxxx. I have complained many many times and the idea is that they're doing great and it's just me having an issue. When one rep looked up my monthly expenditures for the last 3 months he couldn't say anything but sorry over and over but continued to tell me it took a lot more to belong to their "elite" club. I shouldn't have to spend more than that to get into an elite club. I don't even think they have a VIP manager if truth be told. I received a letter offering me a 100% bonus that included video poker since I play that 98 % of the time. I just thought I'd put it out there to see what other players would think. I told the last rep that's what I was going to do. I've threatened to stop playing on a few occasions, but kept going back. Guess I'm not the brightest. I've received awful service from their affiliate as well, but quit playing them. I've always received my funds promptly, but can't deposit again until my withdraw is complete. I would appreciate you addressing them and again because hearing, "I'm not being rude to you and being disconnected on chat" is ridiculous. Again, I appreciate you letting me know about Club World. Again thanks! Two letters from Grande in 8 years is ridiculous. Thanks Thanks

sammy, No, you are right. Their VIP program is virtually non existent. I have complained to them before about it, and will do it again and bring up your account specifically.

I'm a video poker player too, and have always done better with cashback then using any casino's deposit bonus. But, the reason I keep playing at Grande Vegas is that I keep winning there. I do the best at Video Poker at Grande Vegas and ....

Expired Link. Check out our Casino Bonus Forum for a list of current bonuses.

. Jackpot Capital does have a better VIP program, but they don't offer many Video poker bonuses. SlotoCash and Uptown do have more video poker bonuses as I recall, but I personally use the cashback instead.

Speaking of video poker... Miami Club Casino is hosting a $500 video poker freeroll if you're interested. I prefer RTG video poker, but I do like playing dueces and joker sometimes and WGS has that game.
