You say that is your job huh? didn't you know that GrandBanks has changed management?

They might still be blacklisted but it takes long to be taken off that list. they have great customer service now, with people that actually have a great english level and are doing all payouts in a timely manner.

Inform your self before you make a comment.

I have been playing for the past 6 months and have noticed the diference.

lisasmith, Sorry, just trying to warn members, I had trouble with this casino myself only 3 months ago, but didnt want to tell the saga>
I love playtechs and as soon as they are off the lists I will surely remove this
warning>> Also they never responded to my affiliate emails so i was very concerned after seeing them blacklisted

6 months, you must be paying them well.
(oh, and I speak English very well, also)

From what I know....
And I'm not exactly what you could call a "Rookie", in the online gambling scene. I have been with this for quite some time now.
I don't think that you could even name a Casino or group of, or software that I am not familiar with.
It takes an awful lot to even get on those Blacklists.
That particular group has been Blacklisted (Widow, Banks, Sterling House, hmmm another - can't think of the name) for quite some time.
I won't post the name of the sites that I know of, that have also Blackilisted them. But, I will say, even thinking back a year ago.......they were on it.
Sometimes, they are just being nice by stating "we don't recommend this casino", or something simular.

So, I do feel sorry for their New Management who will obviously be stuck with the Lovely job of re-establishing a new reputation.
I won't put my money in there....Hell no! Rolling Eyes

Hi,

I got the free money and made my playthrough, cashed out $50. First they tell me it will be processed in 24hrs, then when it wasnt I went back to live support, they tell me they only process on Fridays. Then the next person in support tells me it will take 7 - 10 days to process.

When I first won the money, I emailed them and gave them the link to this posting. I received an email back that said they had changed management and was doing everything to try and gain a good reputation.

Hmmm...support doesn't even know how long withdrawals take? I doubt I'll ever see my money but will keep you posted.

Yeppers, I gave her the link, and told her my concerns about getting paid. She sent a long email back about how they are under new management and are trying to rebuild their reputation. Well I can tell you after what I've been told so far about my withdrawal (40 diff answers on when I can expect it) I'm not at all impressed so far. Plus, I'm still trying to understand (I used to play at Casino Extreme who would process my Neteller withdrawal within minutes) how some casinos take so darn long to process the Netellers. I just don't get it! I hope I do get paid. I'll keep you posted Smile
