I was wondering if anyone else has the Interest Rate bonus at ....

As far as my knowledge goes, the interest rate bonus will be awarded in the first week of each month.

I believe that the bonus should have been awarded but there has been some technical glitches prohibiting us from doing so.

Raquel, rest assured that you will receive what is due to you during this coming week.

Lilani will keep you posted and she’ll also get back to you once it’s been credited.

Hi! There will probably be a link to the terms
when they get the bonus system fixed... the system has some
technical problems now. They hope to have everything
back to normal soon. wink

The bonus terms are probably the same as on the general bonus
terms page, so you can look at that for a little preview information now.

Now it won't be until tomorrow I was told, something always happens when they are getting ready to get new games. I wouldn't worry too much about the terms, mircos are always good, plus if you put your cursor over the credits it will tell you if you have met the playthrough. Smile

Even the deposit bonuses that are supposed to be credited automatically, are
not being credited... until who knows when. (they certainly do not)

They say that their database has malfunctioned or something like that, and
that has been since Sunday.
(weird how their 'banking' system never goes down and if so... fixed immediately)

I play on the "Flash' version of the casino.
AND, the appearance is much different today, than it was before.

They must have done some sort of upgrade to their software that caused
their tech issue.

Lol...yeah, I've noticed that too. Most casino's seem to follow that same pattern.

They still say we can "expect delays" although I was told the problem was fixed now.

Here is today's response from Lilani.....and yes live chat is useless there. And no the automtic deposit bonus is not working...
Hi Raquel,

It seems that we are finally getting there!!! Woohoo!!!

Everything has been restored, we are just waiting for our systems to catch up now - they say it should be by midnight tonight which is in the next 8hrs. However if you play now you should receive your bonus, it's just a matter of us not being able to see all the previous data on our systems as it is trying to catch up the last 4 days information. By tomorrow we will be able to credit all outstanding bonuses, we will be bulk crediting the system to try and credit all the accounts who did not receive their bonuses. All withdrawals will also be processed on Tuesday as Monday is a public holiday over here as it is Easter weekend. As Murphy's law had it with us everything decided to go wrong just before the long weekend and the system decided to go back online just before we go home so now we have 4 days of work to try and catch up in 2 hrs.

If you have not received your outstanding bonuses by tomorrow then please let me know and I will ask the call centre to manually add it for you. Have a wonderful weekend Raquel and thank you for being so patient!

I did finally get my bonuses on my deposits that were made on Tuesday,
a little while after I got Lilani's reply from this morning.

Hi Jeanette,

We have been experiencing technical issues with our internet service
provider, however everything seems to be resolved now and we are just
waiting for our system to catch up with all the back logged information.
This should be up to date by midnight ( the next 8hrs ) and then we will
be doing a bulk crediting for all the accounts that are owed bonuses.
Please accept our apologies for the technical fault, if you have still not
received your bonus by tomorrow then please let me know and I will
arrange for the call centre to credit your account for you manually once
they can view all transactions.
