I talked with Gold Rock live chat today, they said I should receive my withdrawal on Monday, so I am crossing my fingers. Maybe they are just having a few problems getting started.

Great Falcon69, good to hear you got your money.

I understand what you are talking about with the slow withdrawal, however, I'm not putting them off my playlist yet, I think they just might have had problems getting started. I might give them another chance later on after they have be established awhile longer.

Gold Rock casino apologized to me for the delays and asked me to share their apology with members.

They assure me the problems related to changing software are
mostly resolved and they will pay cashouts in a timely manner in the future.

Sorry again and I am glad everyone is now paid!

I kinda thought that might have been the problem, I just didn't know what was going on. I am not bitter with this casino for the delay, I understand, and will be making another deposit soon. I really respect their managment for being in touch personally and for them offering their apology.

No one is making excuses for the slow cashouts,
Things should have run smoothly from day 1, but did not.

I hope they will pay on time in the future, and hope we find out by
members future cash outs! Thumbup
