free chips at rivals???

i am not too familar with rival casinos so i was just wondering if you deposit at a rival and you lose very quickly
do they usually offer you a free chip??
i know they are more generous with thier bonuses and free chips then most other casinos are
i know i made 1 deposit at superior and lost quickly
the next day i had a 20$ free chip in the cashier

just wondering if they all work like that

Sometimes yes and sometimes no.. I recently started depositing at Simon Says again, in the begining they were very generous with the free chips, not so much anymore, the only other one I play with any regularity is Slotto Cash and have never figured out how they decide when you get a free chip. In the past I also deposited at VegasDays, Vegas Regal and Vanguard and have got little to nothing from them so I quit depositing at all three for now.
