If your winnings are based on free money, you need to know how this works:
This rule is simple: play every day for 30 days, minimum $10 per day. If you have winnings on free money that you wish to withdraw, you have a play through of ten times the $20 signup free money in all instances.
The maximum that can be won and withdrawn from a free money account is $50. This is also the minimum withdrawal. Because you are not a depositor, your cashout page in Account/Cashout will show you are ineligible for a withdrawal request. If you think you have met the play-through above, send an email requesting a Free Player Cashout Review and you will recieve a reply only if you have met play-through. The play-through is a fairness rule for loyal depositing members.
Chat bonuses and any other promotional monies are subtracted from all member balances on a play through as well as those persons who have never deposited. This includes the free signup monies.
Only the winnings on the bonus money are available for withdrawal up to $50.
Players who have not made a deposit are not eligible to transfer money to depositing players.
