There is something seriously wrong with this casino, in my experience. I made 3 deposits on Monday, now I can't access it at all. I click on "cashier", and my screen goes dark. I can't click on any games. Also, there were charges in my bank account that I didn't even make! For example, there were 3 charges under the amount of $20, when I know for a fact I deposited over $25 each time. The 3 charges under $20 were not from me! I understand that sometimes the amounts are not the same....usually within a dollar, though. And I never make deposits under the amount of $25. After my deposits, I tried to contact support to see if they offered cash back, and I was on hold for over an hour. Never got a response. Now the casino seems to not be working. I have tried from my laptop, pc, and phone, can't get it to work. Anyone else?

kaymast24, Hi there! I'm so sorry! From what I understand, that casino uses Australian dollar, so if you deposited $25 Australian it would show as less $20 on your statement. One Australian dollar is around 1.3 USD, so a $25 AUD deposit would be around $19 at the current exchange listed on google. Does that sound right? I will definitely contact the manager about the long wait time. Please send me your casino user id by private message.

Thanks, TDTAT, that makes sense. My mistake. Since the amounts were so off, I thought they were additional charges that I didn't authorize. Now that I understand the currency, I apologize for my bad review. It was frustrating not to be able to reach support, or access the cashier, but that may have been a fluke because I had the same problem last night at uptown aces...a very long wait in live chat, only to end up with a message that chat was not currently available. I will try Fair Go again sometime this weekend. Thank you for the explanation of the currency, very helpful

kaymast24, I would be frustrated too! I suspect the chat issue was probably a system wide problem. I will test live chat at Sloto and Uptown today and see how long the wait times are. I am almost certain Fair Go has the same chat as Sloto & uptown. Please let me know if the casino is running better for you.

I helped a friend of mine with some casinos a while back and she has an old laptop. We noticed that the newer games were a lot slower, so I would suggest playing the old style games if you have trouble with game speed and loading.

It's true when I play on my laptop, some games are really slow. I will let you know after the weekend how it goes. It makes sense if chat is the same as Sloto and Uptown, that they were probably having issues. Usually I'm very happy with live chat at Uptown, they're great! Ok, time to make it right. I apologize for my bad review of Fair Go. Tonight, I was able to access the cashier and live chat was great. They gave me a nice cash-back bonus in a timely manner. The problem must have been with my laptop and maybe a problem on their end with live chat, but that seems to be resolved. Also, the charges I was concerned with were my own fault of not understanding the currency. Feel free to delete my initial post, I was just frustrated when I posted. You know, you get a couple free hours after working a long day and when the gaming doesn't go right, it's annoying. But, it wasn't their fault. I'm off to play...I'll let you know how it goes.
