Good Day all,
EwalletXpress (AKA: Navaho Networks) is located in Ontario, Canada. If Canadians are not allowed to play at Rival casinos, then why is a Canadian company allowed to process casino payments?
I am curious because I have chargeback issues with EwalletXpress, and have been blacklisted at ALL Rival casinos, even though my chargeback issues are with a small handfull of Rivals. EwalletXpress took back monies that were deposited at those Rivals, leaving them no choice but to lock my accounts (which I, Rtg's, and mg casinos are OK with.) I have no assurance that if I pay back EwalletXpress, that they will in turn, compensate the casinos the money that is owed. Especially since EwalletXpress has a D rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau.) In my opinion, EwalletXpress should have let the casinos keep their money, and Assumed my debt. I was ready to settle-up with EwalletXpress, but their actions, in conjunction with their BBB rating, have me cautious of the whole operation. Has anyone else had issues with EwalletXpress (Navaho Networks?)

WOW...why would Ewallet take back the monies? I use Ewallet all the time, it never occured to me they wouldn't give them their monies. Maybe I don't understand what happened? I deposit money from my checking, and then deposit it into casinos. Now I could understand if your acct. with Ewallet was in arrears. I deposit the money, which takes a few days to clear my bank, but I always spend it before it gets back to Ewallet from my bank. Is that what happened? I'm just curious as I like using EwalletXpress.

Bass4BW, Hi! I have never heard of anyone having trouble getting paid by ewalletxpress or any complaints that I can recall. The deal with all the processors is if a chargeback happens, the processor passes that along to the casino. You could try to "settle up" with the individual casinos if you want.
Rival casinos do not allow Candians because some of their merchants are in Canada. One of the biggest regulating bodies for microgaming online casinos is located in Canada, Kahnawake, so it is not like they do not allow online casino services.

Cootsoup, A chargeback means the player did not pay the money to the processor or "charged back" (disputed) a credit card charge. If the player does not pay the money, then the processor charges the casino. This happened a lot at eWalletxpress because players could write "echecks" that would not clear for several days. It is writing a check and not having the money in your account to cover it.
The same thing happens if you write a "bad check" to the grocery store... the grocery store does not get the money from the bank if there is no money to cover the check.

Ok got it wasn't sure what it was about. I have had good luck with EwalletExpress and yes there is a fee to transfer from my bank to them, but I go to the land Casino, and use my ATM, there is a fee, if I write a check, there is a fee....So I don't mind their fees as long as they don't get higher than what I want to spend. Good luck with your issue Bass4
