I know EwalletExpress went through an upgrade and there were some issues on their end .. now I don't even see it as a deposit option at any Rival or RTG casinos .. does anyone know if this is just due to upgrade issues? Will it be back .. I hope ..

deming12, Hi! There are rumors they are not allowing USA deposit anymore from banks, so they may have closed to US players. At this point they are not answering requests from casinos for information, so I guess we have to wait and see.

I just spoke with a representative at Ewallet Express I made my withdrawl request she stated it will be processed as soon as system is up then approx. 5-7 days to receive it .. I asked about any issues with US Banks she stated she was not aware of any at this point it's a system issue .. You are right TDTAT it's a waiting game ..

I have been trying over the weekend and this week and ewalletxpress is down, or so they say. They tell me its completely down but the site is NOT down. The pay in and pay outs have been disabled, but I don't see any technical problems or supposed updates going on. I went through a similar nightmare with NetTeller, lost quite a bit of money in the process as well.

Is anyone able to access ewalletexpress by withdrawing or depositing? A merchant paid out on one of my withdrawals but they are not crediting my account and keep making excuses. Same deal as NetTeller. I think we may have problems here. Is anyone outside US able to use ewalletxpress? I sure would like to know. If other countries are able to, that means US players could lose their money here. Oh boy!

I am angry at ewalletxpress not sending out anything about this to their customers. They really don't seem to give a crap about their customers at all. They give this blanket statement every time I try to speak to them and its just plain rudeness dealing with them.

It appears that ewalletexpress has been siezed by US authorities. If you can login , I would withdraw ASAP if possible. Ewalletexpress is remaining tight lipped with no info coming out, but this may also be part ofa cease and desist order by the US government.


As the picture becomes clearer we will let you know what is rumor and what is fact. But for now, if you can GET YOUR MONEY OUT!

I think if they have been seized but the US gov, there would have been news about that. It is hard to speculate on what is happening, but this is the way things go in this kind of business.

This is the same thing that always happens with processors for the USA. We should be used to it by now... they work for a while then they get closed down.

As far as Quicktender goes... they have nothing to do with ewalletxpress, so no one in the world could know when/if this will happen with them. They have been around the longest, remember they were eco card and changed over to QT some time ago. I am using quicktender just fine. I suggest people withdraw any funds in ewalletxpress and use quicktender or one of the new options such as gold pay or echeck.

Good post, TDTAT.

Due to the unknown possibilities with any US facing webwallet, I don't think it is a good idea to leave money in these wallets for any length of time.

I use QT only for withdrawals and really don't forsee any problems occuring with them but you never know.

EWX is part of Navajo Networks which is a Canadian based business.

something is about to happen. These new deposit methods,
have been mentioned for the last month or so. I was an
EWX user but I guess I can go back to QTender.

Thank you for the information .. Just spoke with live chat again stated there are rumors about getting out of US market hope it will not affect my withdrawl he stated no impact on my withdrawl just tech difficulties .. hmmm
