SINCE APRIL I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A 50 DOLLARS MATCH DEPOSIT THAT WAS OFFERED TO ME AND............................ TO THIS DAY I AM STILL FIGHTING TO GET IT. OVER A THREE DAY PERIOD I DEPOSITED OVER ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND THEY ARE TELLING ME THAT I HAVE TO PROVIDE PROUF OF THIS OFFER. AS A CUSTOMER I SAID THAT IT IS NOT MY JOB TO ENTER WHAT WAS OFFERED TO A CUSTOMER BUT THAT AS A GOOD CUSTOMER THAT MY OFFER SHOULD BE HONERD. THEY SAID IN NOT SO MANY WORDS TUFF ****. SO BEWARD THAT THEY OFFFER MATCH DEPOSITS AND DO NOT HONER THEM. BUT THEY DID SAY THAT THEY WOULD HONER MY NEXT MATCH DEPOSIT. WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

karebearlove, I am sorry to hear all the problems you are having with Belle Rock. I know back about 1yr ago I always played at Aces High. Can I ask did you request it after you deposited it you need to go to home page and click the deposit 50 free match 50 and it will ask your account # and such, also I think you also have to do this in a 3 day time frame after you make the deposit. I hope all works out for you. I would keep on speaking with them, call them on the phone. Good Luck!!!!

i have been calling them since april and the response is always the same if anyone can help it would be to put a bug in their ear that you honor your word. if you cant trust in a person word these day what can you trust?

I dont play at belle rock casinos anymore eigther,I have had nothing but problems with them and trust me,they can be pretty rude.I wish you the best on getting your money.Theres better and honest casinos out there that welcome you and give you what is offered.

I don't care much for them either... Prefer the Casino Rewards and Fortune group for microgaming... Casino Rewards bonuses are quick and you can use your points to play at any of the casinos in their group... My fav is Yukon Gold. Grand Prive isnt to bad either.
