Use My Wallet (Quick Tender) works the best, for me.
However, if you don't have an account, then you have to request an invitation from one of your frequented casinos... and, that'll take time.
Last I heard about Click To Pay, was that it can only be used by existing account holders, as they no longer open accounts for USA residents.
Don't know too much about that one, but I think my info is correct.
Ewallet Express, I heard it is a very efficient way to deposit and withdrawal.
I don't have any recent experiences to share about this method.
I think this is the fast and easy way.
*Hope that helps...

Thankyou so much. I can tell it's going to take awhile. I have so much in there that I can't withdraw anyway so I will just play it and be patient.
You explained it much easier to understand than me reading up on all of them.
