That was a promo that was sent, I think, on Tuesday.
Don't you play Davincis much?
I have such problems with them. All the time, with the promos, with the monthly cashback. I am constantly with live help there. I don't know why I keep going back and playing there. I deal with Christine there, who was wonderful in the beginning of my problems. Lately, though, she's not on top of things so much.
Right now I am with live help regarding the promo not being in my account. They are obviously very busy!
But...every month for the last several months I have to go through a big ordeal to get my cashback. Also, they'll send me emails, the promo will be in my account then it'll disappear, then I have to go to live support and they either help me or can't help me then I have to wait for a response from their support. I usually email Christine directly, but as I said, she's not been responding like she used to. I think she's tired of me. lol But.... the problems, technical, never get fixed. Aayyee..... it's a pain.
I guess I ought to just stop playing there, like I tell myself to do, huh? Just venting here!
