I just got off Crazy Luck Casino. I went to make a deposit and it was declined??????????? I went to live chat since I have company over and didn't want to have this "casino conversation" over the phone. Anyway, he calls my phone anyway while I'm waiting on chat for him to respond. Then he tells me that I must deposit $100 instead of the $48 and that I must take a 400% promotion. I told him that I didn't want to deposit that much or take the promotion. I told him that I preferred to chat online and hungup. I asked him if he actually held up my deposit in order to bump up my deposit and he told me that he did. Then when I mentioned that I was going to post this on this forum all of a sudden they are having "technical difficulties and that he couldnt speak English" Then...I asked him for a manager and he said he was the manager. I asked him to transfer me to someone else. Shane gets on line and I asked him if he spoke English and he said yes. He apologized for Henry and said he was new. So I told him what Henry did and asked if he was a manager he told me that Henry wasn't. I told him that this was very unprofessional and ALL OF A SUDDEN...GUESS WHAT ???? HE COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH ANYMORE EITHER. I WOULD STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CASINO. I told him to close my account and that I would be stopping payment on the deposits I made. Y'all do what you want but if you were on this end of that chat you would stay very far away. I understand that they pay but I know at least one person was having a hard time getting her withdrawal on this forum. They were told it was because it was their first withdraw but I have to wonder ?? Have they changed management or something? I have deposited here off and on but never won anything previously....wonder why? lol But this was the MOST BIZARRE chat I have ever had on a chat. Matter of fact Shane said "I will punish him now...does that make you feel better"...WHAT???

i already say, they all use the pseudonyme , henri is not henri , shane is not shane , it is possible they were the same persons , i already ask to the manager , each person may have their owne pseudonyme and don' t use others , but i see nothing changed 
personaly i dont have problem like that but i understand your's
i won and im been paid , most have to wait monthes to get their money but not me , co's every day i was on their live chat for ask after my winnings payments and if it was not here , i asked them free chips and i got one , one by later day

wow it certainly looks like they are taking desperate measures.its one rival casino after another.
i dont know why they dont just close the whole brand ,then someone better could buy it and revamp it.
