hello first of all i really love your site, thank you so much. i did a withdrawal at crazy luck casino on the 23rd of this month, i have tried so many times to get in touch with support i tried live chat which gave me support email i have tried them and no answer as of today 27th, i have tried the phone number listed to no avail. i read the t@c and understand it could take up to 18 days and i was fine with that. i won on a bonus and i still had over 2500.00 when all playthrough requirements were met. max cashout was a little over 500.00 so i played on building up my comp points in the process. i had a really good machine and i played until i had 127.00 in comp points if that tells you anything lol. i asked chat if i could play my comps with a withdrawal pending (which it stills shows pending) and was told i couldn't and was treated really horrible by an agent named Ted. he also informed me that if i made another dep it would speed up my withdrawal to 48hrs. could you please explain to me what exactly i need to do to get them to honor the withdrawal. sorry for such a long txt just trying to give as much info as i can thank you in advance for your help my username for the site is floubaker1

floubaker1, Hello! I am glad you found us and so sorry you are having trouble with Crazy Luck Casino. I have read quite a few complaints about slow payouts (and non-payment) from that casino and that is one reason why they are not recommended by noluckneeded.com. In the future, I suggest you play at highly ranked casinos listed in our casino directory: http://www.noluckneeded.com/casinos-0.html If you like the software at Crazy Luck (rival), I suggest Desert Nights Casino or Slots Capital.

As far as your payout... Have you sent in identity verification documents including a fax back form? Please do that if you haven't already. I would suggest never making another deposit at that casino. It is concerning that the support team would suggest making another deposit would speed up a withdrawal, that is nonsense. For them to say that you can't play comp points while a withdrawal is pending is ridiculous. The thing to do is get all documentation sent in and then wait. Please let me know if you have sent identity documentation and I will contact the casino to intercede. Hopefully they will pay, but I am not 100% confident about that.

Also, what kind of bonus were you playing? Was it a no deposit bonus or a deposit bonus with a maximum cashout rule? Deposit bonuses with max cashouts are terrible and good casinos don't use those kind of bonuses.

You need to go to live chat or call them and request that they email you an "authorization form" (fax back form). Along with the authorization form you need to send them a scanned copy of your id or drivers license, a utility bill, and a front and back copy of the credit card you used to deposit (if you used a credit card). I would personally try to use scanned copies so they are in color and then attach the files via email. If that is not possible, you can fax them. Make sure to include your casino account id. hello again well, after trying all day with them still nothing i don't see a way to get the information i need and my time is running out on sending them documentation. this is what happened after 30 min on chat i was disconnected 3 times due to inactivity even though i continued to type hello to keep it active. i also tried calling them also no results when i email ....

floubaker1, Is it called an authorization form or fax back form? You could try sending that in, but usually the form varies a bit from casino to casino.

did you hear anything from them i haven't and i sent emails to all three and chat is ignoring me and i'm not getting any response on phone. I really wished i had found you guys sooner. i appreciate can they hold me responsible for not having it done within the time frame? I hate to ask but is there anyone here that might have a copy of that authorization form that they can email me?

floubaker1, Hi there. I wish you had found us earlier too! I have not heard back from anyone as of yet. From what I understand in the terms and conditions, if you don't complete the identity verification in 10 days, they will reverse the funds back to your account and you would have to request the withdrawal again. If I were you, I would send that form you have with the other documentation as listed above and then pray. I did a search for their authorization form and could not find anything. I am really not sure they will pay even if you did get their authorization form and all required documents sent it.

I hate to say this to you, but I have found numerous complaints about non payment of players by Crazy Luck Casino. I do not have a lot of faith that your withdrawal will be paid. There are scores of non payment complaints and only a small portion look to be resolved. I did see a few instances of the casino paying after 30 days. Sad

Keep trying to get through to them on live chat and keep sending them emails asking for the authorization form. Be polite but firm. Tell them you won't be depositing at their casino again if they don't pay you (obviously I suggest you do not ever deposit there again). If the withdrawal gets reversed, request it again. Stay on them and hope for a miracle.

thank you i will not not deposit there again and i really hate that i had a good time also i will stay on them and i will let you know if anything happens, i'm a positive person and try to look at the best of things. had a great time and it only cost me 25.00 :-)). i love playing bingo at VIC'S hope maybe to cash out there i will let you know how that goes, but as far as the best people i have found Melina's Bingo to be fantastic.

Floubaker Vic's bingo I have cashed out from there lots of times. Make sure to read the T&C's cause they change. That way you know what to do and what not to do. sorry you are having trouble with crazy luck casino. I never heard of them. Good luck. I hope they do pay you.
