I have been close to blacklisting them many times!!
There are only 2 reasons that I do not:
1. The affiliate rep for them always helps with problems
2. Club player was one of the first online casinos
I won at.. back when I was a newbie and had never
deposited. I hit a royal flush for over $1000. Of course
the max cashout on the free chip was $65. They let me
cashout the $65, then deposit and cashout the rest
of the winnings!! It took 3 weeks, but I was happy
with $1000.
If it was not for those 2 things they would be
blacklisted for sure  I guess I have a soft
spot for Club Player because they were my
first big online win
