Grilled Vidalia Onions
Take a large vidalia onion and cut it 4 ways almost all the way through then take a tablespoon of bacon grease and pour it over so it runs down thru the onion then a tablespoon of butter on top, then add garlic salt, onion salt and Lawrys season salt(amounts of salt are to your likings, I use ALOT), wrap it up real good with the thicker type of foil to make sure the drippings can't run out and cook it on low heat on the grill for 1 hour. It will melt in your mouth. Enjoy!
