Chumba casino Refusal to honor promotional email

I received an email from this site, promoting their new game, Lightening Nudge. Included, was the statement, "You are entitled to purchase $50 in sweeps for $1." When I asked how to take advantage of this the response I got blew me away! I was told that the email was just to promote the new game and they would not be honoring the bonus. They pointed out that the terms and conditions entitle them to withdraw any promotion when he felt like it and I guess it's for the time they feel like it.
my question to them which has yet to be answered is why did they include the statement in the email in the first place if they ,were not going to honor it?

NLNLoni, They are a scam casino, that is why. Sorry. I suggest you avoid the casino and anyone sending you unsolicited spam.

If a casino that you have never heard of contacts you, then they have purchased your info from another shady casino. Avoid those kinds of casinos because they are bad.
