How do I contact the manager at superior?????????

I have deposited several hundred dollars over the last couple of months and recieved zippo for deposit bonus. Talk to live help and she said there is nothing available for me, so I wanted to e-mail manager. I will remove myself from that casino If I dont recieve something. I talked to sloto cash about the same issue and recieve a free sloto ticket worth 30.00 within a hour.
