I have been emailing both of them at TIV and I do not get a response, I have been emailing John for a week now until yesturday or the day before when I read here he had to hire help and I emiled Liane yesturday and still nothing, just a heads up on the email status of emailing for help they just might be so swamped and not being able to respond as soon as I would like, i will wait a day or two then i will email again!
