Because I am Dutch..I have had this problem at several RIVALS...
(Not getting promotions because of bonus abuse)

However IF I e-mail them they always try to work something out for me..

Because they see that I deposit..

I just don't get this:

(That's what their e-mail states.)

I deposited only $60 last week (but still, that was 3 deposits) and when I inquired via e-mail to Kendra, they said I didn't qualify.

I am NOT starting a bitch session.
I am NOT asking for help or anything.

I just wish that if a casino advertises a loyalty program they would state their guidelines and follow them. Just as everyone else and TDTAT has mentioned, I want "more bang for my bucks!". I think it's wiser to deposit somewhere where I can receive a bonus. Say you only have $25 to play on. Wouldn't it make more sense to deposit that money where they will give you a $10 n/d at the end of the week v/s the casino where you get nothing?

The weekly bonus has been stopped. There is now 100% monthly.

As I have posted, bonus abuse has forced Simon to not give the MANY
bonuses they have been giving. Player bonus abuse screws us all.
The casino can change the bonus or go out of business.
Good players are a victim of all the bonus abusers. Because
of the bonus abuse players, we all get less bonus

VIP players and Loyal players will still get bonuses,
sorry to everyone else.. play elsewhere if you are unhappy
