At least you got an email, I've emailed several times with no response!!!!
I spoke to Suzy in chat, which as usual was a total waste of time. She said it takes 1-2 days. I told her about no lucker's getting theirs in 3-5 hours and she said that was extremely rare, that it must have been a slow cash out day. She was of no help. According to my history it is showing that it is still processing.
Geesh, my first cash out, and I'm not off to a good start

RGALP.......
I think it does usually take like 3 Days, in total.
I think they pay me fast, 'cause they know I'll deposit it back sooner
*just kidding....
Don't get discouraged....
Why don't you pm Megan??
Maybe she can help your cashout move along a bit faster.
I think that she is also the VIP Manager for Mayan Fortune, as well
as the Forum Rep. for the Panatasia Group.

I just got an email about my withdrawal. Support at Paradise8 told me they were having "connection issues" in accounting and my withdrawal "most likely" would be processed tonight.
Not much help.
Voodoo, who is the VIP rep for Paradise8?
As for my QT withdrawal, who the H*** knows. Email I got back from the said it took 5 days to get to my bank after confirmation which is not what I was told by them before. Might have to look over my operation here.

Anniemac -
I rarely play at the old 400Group of casinos.
I have no idea!
I have not had any need to contact them.
Wasn't it, Brad.... or something like that??
I would just email to ....

I only know....
Rachel is VIP for Pantasia.
Megan is for Mayan Fortune.
I don't know what the name of Simon's VIP Manager....
But, I have gotten emails from him/her..... and, whoever it is, does take
great care and attention to my account needs!

I'm not b**ching about anything. I know the banks were closed. However, even if the banks were closed on Thursday, they opened up on Friday and today. I made the QT withdrawal on the 18th, confirmed on the 22nd and still not here. Every other one I have gotten came within one or two days of confirmation.
As far as Paradise8 is concerned, I am not worried about them. I just like to know what is happening and if they say they are having "connection issues" I have no reason not to believe them. Just want input.

Check my wired plastic account just a minute ago and sure enough it was there. It must be my trial in life to get people that do not know what they are talking about.
Am going to check with live support at P8 as see what is up but am not worried. Only reason I flush my account is so I can't get my hands on it to redeposit it. And since QT or Wired Plastic (don't know which one) takes a while, I like to get things processing asap.
Now if things don't get to working by tomorrow, I will start to worry.
