This is what Live chat said to me?

Unfortunately you are not eligible for bonuses because you are linked to duplicate accounts within Rival Powered Casinos. Only one account is allowed per casino per household/computer and therefore your account has been flagged. You can still play at the casino and cash out winnings, however you will not be able to claim a bonus at this time.

So what should I do?

jovida, Hello!
You should never make more than one account
at any casino.... if you make more than one account
at any Rival then you are blocked from bonus.. at them all.

you could also email a manager and ask
for a review if you have not made multiple accounts and are a regular
depositor.
BUT THIS "Saturday $10" Bonus is only for SOME
REGULAR depositors
,
so you won't get this bonus anyway

You know I have had these accounts for years now and it was before they started this multiple account thing, so I do not see why it would apply to old accounts that was establish before the issue came out?

any one agree?

and I think I will email them with this issue.

jovida, No you did not understand what I said.. you can have one account at every casino..
that is allowed. So send an email to a manager and explain
that you have one account at each casino and not more that
one account at any one casino and then they would open your bonus
acctounts Smile

If you made for instance 2 accounts at Simon then that would be a problem (WHICH IS A RULE AT EVERY CASINO, RIVAL OR NOT)
or if you ever did a chargeback, which is fraud, at one Rival you would be blocked at all of them and account would never be reopened

If you signed up along time ago and then signed up again recently (accidentally), just try emailing and letting them know.

I have 2 different email accounts (yahoo and aol). With some casinos I signed up awhile ago through aol. Well because aol blocks alot of emails from the casinos I now use yahoo when I sign up. There's a good chance I have duplicate accounts without even knowing it.

After joining nln, I have mostly only downloaded casinos from here. There is a slight possibility that if any of these casinos offered a no deposit bonus a long time ago, I may have already opened an account with them.

Because I download so many, not so much now that I belong here (now I only visit accredited casinos), it's hard to keep track.

But anyway, just a thought, hope it helps
