This may be a stupid question, but can someone tell me why Rival and RTG can accept players from all states in the US but not Micro or Playtech?

Playtech does not accept ANY USA players at all no more because of the new laws, I hate the fact that micro's doesn't accepts certain states one being mine (NJ), but I will say that I am happy that the RIVALS take USA and honestly they are the best anyway in my opinion, because they have great bonuses, and the freebies they give their loyal players are wonderful.

I know I didn't answer the exact question but just trying to help you understand a little I am sure TDTAT will have a much better answer for you.. GOOD LUCK where ever you may play!!!

Each software provider makes their own decisions...
Those with closer ties to the USA closed to USA players.
most playtechs are run by Israelis.. Israel has close
ties to the USA and does not want some casinos
messing up their foreign policy.
