A scam stay away
First they overcharge your credit card, they use chinese firms to process payments.
Secondly, they don't sell you lottery tickets, they merley place a bet on the outcome of a draw which anyone can do for a fraction of what they charge.
Thirdly, they refuse to pay back upon withdrawal requests.
