Cashouts delays at Rivals except Sloto'Cash - Update

I am sorry to report that Rival casinos EXCEPT Sloto'Cash
have payment delays. I know Quicktender and NETEller
are affected. eWalletXpress seems to be on time.
Quicktender and NETeller Cashouts may be delayed until the
end of this week, or early next week. Rest assured everyone will be paid,
and processing problems are currently being fixed.

I am sorry for the inconvenience . The individual casinos
are very upset about these problems, as it is beyond their control.
Rival and quicktender technical departments are working
to fix these problems.

As some of you may know, payment processors
like Quicktender and NETeller are not the easiest to deal with.
After a solution to a problem is found, you must then wait for
the processors to implement the solution.

We are all tired of these issues and hope they are resolved soon
and permanently.

Sorry again for this.. it bothers me a great deal to tell
members that a casino pays in 2 days and then have delays.
If you have a payment delayed longer than 2 business days,
please send me a private message, so I can keep informed.

**UPDATE from ALL RIVALS EXCEPT Sloto'Cash:
TEMPORARY expected payment time will be 5 days,
until all the problems are fixed... then it will go back to 2

Update Regarding ACH:
Removed from cashiers (EXCEPT SLOTO'CASH) due to Technical problems,
but will be BACK, and available for cashouts soon

Thanks for the information TDTAT!!! Now we know that it may take a little longer and be prepared for the delays! Have a couple of small ones pending, but I can be patient as long as I know what's up!!! Again thanks!!

Til' the end of this week or early next week.... that's lovely.

Had I known this, 2 weeks ago - I could have done an ACH withdrawal and probably would be getting it sometime this week - and straight to the Bank....
This whole thing is taking More than a Month when the time from QT to the Bank is added in.

Not good.

They should have better communicated this from the beginning.
I personally, cannot even get a VIP Manager to personally respond to any emails in regards to this issue.

I got 3 Large withdrawals from SLOTO' in less than 24 hours - this is Great!

I completely understand the frustration by you and the players. This does seem to be an ongoing problem that has been in the works to be fixed for a few weeks now.

I sent an email off to the Processing department with my concerns and they told me that I should begin telling players that it will take 5 days to pay cash outs. This will only be temporary and people will probably be paid before that but we should say that for now until these issues are resolved once and for all. Can you please post a message to your players letting them know of the new withdrawal time frame?

I will look into the delayed withdrawals for Simon Says and see what I can do.

I don't have any withdrawals pending but I certainly appreciate Kendra letting you know what it going on.

From cruising around other sites, Kendra from SS and John from TIV are the only reps I have seen addressing these problems and they have been taking the flak for all the casinos. So a big pat on the back to them.

Sure hope things get worked out for good so we can all go back to playing.

I should add that Jason at Paradise8/Cocoa was going
to email players with delayed withdrawals and explain
to them personally and give an expected payment date.
He was working on that yesterday, so players should see
emails soon.

Thanks Jason! Everyone has problems.. it is important to
deal with problems CORRECTLY and keep people informed.

ALSO: Regarding ACH .. it is gone from the Rival cashiers,
EXCEPT Sloto'Cash, but will be back soon. It has a technical problem also
