I'm sorry to hear about your problems! I have cashed out from Captain Cooks and their sister casino, Casino Kingdom, more than 10 times with no problem. Have they given you a reason for the delay, or are they simply not answering? I always had luck emailing them and getting a response within one hour. I think I sed the email address: ....
