Been playing at Grand Vegas over 4 years now. No VIP REPS.
.As of late they approve your deposit and don't credit it. Spoke with 5 different reps and ALL gave me a different story and oh so convincingly but NOT!! This happened a month ago and I ate it because I refuse to give my checking acount statement to them. Last night it was ridiculous. I waited for my deposit to be credited and nothing. So this morning I attempted to resolve a simple matter over chat and they kept disconnecting me. All told me different tales of what depisits were made and played. Then I waited and called ...three reps later and more LIES and DECEPTION I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. ..TOOK 9 UNANSWERED CALLS TO GET THROUGH. I won't even tell you how much I spend daily at that casino and all I got was "ok, you'll get an email verifying we shut down your account " Obviously, they're scamming so many people they can afford to lose your business and care less if they do. Service has been pathetic there for some time now. BEWARE!!!!! I will post this in reviews as well. Ugh!!!!!!

sammy, That sounds crazy. I will make sure you get your money. What is your account name? Do you deposit via checking account or something? My credit card deposit go through instantly and have for years.

sammy, I found your user name in an old email about the vip program. I emailed the head of the casino. We will get this sorted. They are so ridiculous. I told them to make a VIP program multiple times.

This happened to me last month as well. My deposit was taken off my bank account but the casino did not credit me the money. I sent them a copy of my actual bank statement and they still did not believe me after about 3 or 4 tries. I got tired of that and told them to close my account..played there for 9 years.. Embarassed

The casino said sammy was credited the deposits and that the money was wagered and played. The casino said they sent the playing records to sammy.

I just ran across this post. Just for the record.. They NEVER credited my account. It took 2 times to get records for deposits. First time they sent play stats with no amts. Second I got the amts. Just too complicated for me at the time, (my issue..not theirs) so MY OWN priorities dictated dropping it. I accidentally played (thinking it was another "grand" casino) here a month or so later..but won and withdrew!!! Played again..won and waiting..waiting on withdrawal. Its hard to give up a casino you win at !! But it's not just about winning.

I wanted to set the record straight and give ADVICE.. watch your bank account like a hawk, be prepared for poor service 70% of the time and be prepared to wait for withdrawals. Oh yeah..don't expect any customer appreciation until you complain to TDTAT!! Laughing There isn't a VIP manager and CS reps don't care. I'm NOT saying they're rogue.. I'm just saying this player is over it. Crying or Very Sad

sammy, I hear you. I put up with crap if I win a lot somewhere too. I'm glad you are still lucky there. Play until the lucky streak ends and then leave them. Maybe think about trying bitcoin because no casino can double dip with that system.
