Beware - Dendera Casino Fishy Payout Procedures

This ordeal started with me depositing 100 dollars I recieved early for my birthday on the 3rd of this month. I didnt play with a bonus due to not having any bonuses in my account.

Well I get my 100 dollar deposit up to $1000 im excited.

Well as soon as I go to withdraw my withdrawl limits drop from $1000 a day to $500 A day. I didnt think anything of it so i withdrew $500 that day and sent my docs. They were approved on the 4th and I submitted my 2nd $500 DOLLAR Withdrawl honoring the crappy conditions.

The 1st withdrawl was completed ACH on the 4th, the same day I did 2nd withdrawl. Well the next morning the 2nd $500 dollar withdrawl was reversed into my account without me asking for it.

I seen already ill be lucky to get 1st $500 so i play on it and lose it. Well back to the story. So I check everyday and finally on Monday the 8th Its also reversed into my account. A wasted week, no money and on my birthday. So I go to chat and speak to Liz and she states the obvious I reversed it . Not!!!

So heres the bad day on top of the bad day for me. I figure Ill play on it what the heck. I get it up to $1624 dollars. I then try to go withdraw once again I used no bonuses during this process cause they dont give bonuses at least to me.

I try to withdraw and flush. They say they dont flush even though they flushed the alledged withdrawl that never happened a week earlier.
They told me it would be 72 hours then my withdrawl would start the 2-5 day regular processing for withdrawl. I asked for my limit to be reviewed they flatfooted said no and didnt give a reason only 500 a day was ok for me.

After this experience Dendera Casino needs shut down and off the map.
I deposited 100 dollars won a $1000 and after the withdrawl said completed and docs were accepted I deposited $200 more.

The way I see it they stole $300 from me and will make it very hard for anyone who wins anything from them.

If there was a way Id reverse my deposits but Im not a crook like them.

If this seems rambling im just venting and thanks for reading.

treyrayd, Hi, So you cashed out $500 got paid and then cashed out another $1624... how was $300 stolen from you? You played the $1600 back and blame the casino? Why did you not tell me about this when it actually happened? What did live chat say when if you asked why your cashouts were reversed? The only time that happens usally is when cashout info is entered incorrectly.

I wish you had told me about this when it first happened so I could have helped. What can I do now? I can not "shut down" a casino. The best thing you can do is not deposit there again. It still sounds like you are winner at the casino, so I am glad about that in any case.

Next time you have a problem, do not wait to tell me about it or I can do nothing but speculate about what happened and say sorry. If you send me your casino id by private message I can email a manager and ask what happened and complain.

My mom e-mailed the contact person you sugested about her $15 and never received a response. She has given up as she knows $15 isn't that much but it does make a person wonder about them

TDTAT, Im sorry I was really mad when I wrote this post. What I was trying to say before playing it all back just for the heck of it. I tried withdrawing 3 times, each time they would reverse it without me doing anything. Its just a long ordeal I seek no justice just warning people I think its a crappy casino and I think they make their own rules on cashouts from week to week. The 1st week I could flush even though it was reversed anyway and then the 2nd week I couldnt flush at all???? All I was wanting out of post just a knowledge how I was treated and a warning for others.....Ty TDTAT I know if I had came to you maybe you could have put them in NLN-CHECK. but anyway hope everyone is having a nice day.

the good question is !!

why dendera casino refused to flush our winning now , if they flushed one week before , why they said they are not able to do it lool

i remember before to close this rival for this reason , i flushed one day and worked , then , i do a few hours later another cashout , wanted to flush and another live person say me noooooooooooooo

it s very bad , because they do that for players replay their winning , its very not coool

If a casino will not flush after they have recently done it before, please let me know so I can talk to a manager. Perhaps some live chat people are wrong, as they work for multiple casinos. Make sure to remember the chat person's name and time of your chat.

tawnia , i dont remember their name , first , she was suzy i think , she said no , after a man , i dont remember , he flushes my winning quickly, and the next time , another person said noooooooooooo , they said that ' im sorry , im not able to flush your winning '

so , what do you want answer after that ???

this rival make that because with our winning , we can ourself take all bonuses we want , its not cool to do that

dendera is not a good rival about that and they pay very very slowly

When I ask Dendera they said that they had stopped flushing withdrawals and that every time it will sit there at least for 72hours. It is only Dendera and it is a decision made by the management for the casino.
I also have read that many people had there cashouts reversed for no reason.
No good place to play I believe.

a few weeks ago they said they do not flush , the live persons are not responsables of that , it s surely the manager who tell them to do that

tawnia , you may speack with them , because it s really not cool to do that

ask them why they do that please ? and try to change it

its a big job i think lool
