Be careful depositing bitcoin with Uptown Aces today

I have a deposit that shows as being confirmed 30 times on blockchain.info, but they still haven’t credited my account. The chat rep can’t do anything to help expedite the deposit either.

I’d avoid bitcoin deposits there in the future.

Just an update, they’ve been helpful. However, the deposit still hasn’t been credited and I’m being told that the bitcoin method is having complications with the casino.

Boxer15, This happened to me once at a different casino. There is nothing worse than being stuck and then your deposit takes forever to credit!

It stinks. But the fault almost certainly lies with a 3rd party processor that the casinos use. The crypto transactions are not actually conducted by the casino, but by a processor, just like neteller or paypal is a payment processor.

Edited to add: I would complain via email with the subject ATTN MANAGER, DEPOSIT DELAY COMPLAINT. They will complain to the processor and maybe give you a little freebie for the trouble. I will also complain to the owners about the crypto processor.

Over 120 confirmations of the transaction, but the funds still haven’t been deposited.

Boxer15, I'm working with the casino to figure this out and I sent you a few private messages. If the deposit has still not been credited we will work something out.

I made a bitcoin deposit at Uptown Aces this morning and it was approved after about an hour and one confirmation (strange) so it seems something has gone wrong with your transaction.

TDAT has been very helpful through all of this.

Deposit still hasn’t been credited as of today. Yesterday I was told it could be another 24-48 hours, but at this point I don’t ever expect them to credit my account.

Boxer15, They figured it out and they said it should be done today. Apparently there was a system update somewhere that messed up some transactions. I am not happy that it took so long to figure out.

I told them that bitcoin has tanked so they said:
"Money will be credited on today's rate, then adjusted accordingly"

I have removed a star from Uptown's Directory review page (payouts) because I feel like they should have credited the money days ago even if the processor was broken.

And TDAT has stated, my deposit was credited today. She was a great help through all of this and is definitely looking out for all of us on the message board.

I will say this situation will likely keep me away from most of Deck Media’s sites (Fair Go being the acceptiin because the AUD exchange rate makes for cheaper play).

Sorting all of this out was extremely difficult with chat agents telling me I was wrong and that the issue was on my side. In resolving this, I received an email from Uptown indicating that the issue was entirely on their side (payment processor’s are part of their side IMO).
