I downloaded this casino, I have never played here befor, when I tryed to clam the bonus I was denied so i went to chat and this is what thay said,

Cant download casino Pantasia, keep getting message saying file is corrupt please redownload . I have downloaded this casino 3 times and get the same message. whats up with this one?

Another member had the same trouble.. she went to support and they showed her the problem in 2 seconds.. she was downloading in the wrong file
