Hi all. Just blowing off a little steam. I played at Davinci's today and was playing Reel Party. I hit the bonus plus 10 free spins at one time. I of course got really excited and played off the bonus. I don't quite remember what I won as far as what showed on the win column on the top left hand corner of the screen, but had the free spins left. As everyone knows that plays at a rival casino, the free spins are really quick and you have to pay attention (which I normally don't) to see what you have won. Well anyway, at the end of the bonus round and the free spin cycle the amount of money that showed that I had won was $904 and change. How excited I was!!!!!
However, I did not get the $904 and change, I got $9 and change. So I logged into the live help and spoke to someone named Eric. He informed me that I had to move the decimal places over because I was only playing for $.01 for maximum bet. How crazy is this? I clearly saw that I had won a total of $904 and change, yet only got $9 and change. Anyone ever heard of anything like this? I also play on Pantasia and have hit several large amounts, regardless of whether I am playing for $.01. .05, .25, etc. what is in the win box is what is added to my credits. The only reason I played Davinci's is because I read good things about it on this forum (not that I am blaming anyone here). I just want everyone to know that this site is not for me!!!!

The casino would never cheat anyone on purpose..

Hi TDTAT, so glad you answered me. The more I think about this the more aggrivated I become. I am by no means a rocket scientist, but Eric's argument doesn't hold water in a paper bag!! As I said, I was playing $.01 and the screen showed that I had won $904 and change. Even if I moved the decimal places over as he said that was the case, my winnings should have been at least $90 and change, not $9 and change, and oh by the way where did the change come from on $9, do they round up or down? I am totally annoyed with this site. Don't even let me think that I have won $904 and change (much less $9 and change) and then not follow through. There is no way that I could have hit what I hit and only got $9 and change out of it!!!

hi again, i am seriously on full tilt right now! no one can mistake $904 and change (somewhere in the back of my mind i'm thinking it was like $904.25) and get it wrong! not only did i look at the amount in the win column once, i looked several times to make sure that what i was seeing was indeed correct. also, the bull-bleep that i got from the customer service guy Eric was just that! let's face it, i hit the bonus (and i choose the three bottles for at least 900 credits, which is $9 right there) then I had the free spins. please don't get me wrong, i am not grousing for no reason. something is just not right here! HELP!
my user name is the same as on here, gwendolyna, and the win was approximately 2 hours ago, maybe two and a half, between 5:30 and 7:00 edt.

gwendolyna, Here is what happened: you hit 900
credits on the bonus round.. that ALWAYS Shows as
credits NOT DOLLARS, then on the free spins you hit
another $14 something (the box on top of the free spins
shows DOLLARS, but NOT The bonus rounds..
The bonus rounds ALWAYS show credits won)

As you know, when you win in a bonus round it shows the credits won, not the dollar amount. This player was credited correctly, they won 900 credits which when playing $0.01 is $9.00. In order to win $900 on $0.01 they would of had to win 90,000 credits, which is impossible.
After playing the bonus round, she had the 10 free spins in which she won $14.70. The correct amounts were added to this players account at the time she was playing.
