i would check my accounts if i could but they have locked all of them
i contacted support and they said that my account would stayed closed.
i also contacted management and i was told the same thing.

just a lesson to other people not to have an account with all the rivals

timmsa, of course you can have ONE account at each
Rival casino.. BUT NOT MORE THAN ONE AT aNY ONE
casino including family members or the same ip addy with the same info.
If a manager would not open you accounts there was a serious reason why and it was not for one account. I can check the reason
and ask them again if you would
like to post your user names

note to all members:
I, like many members, have an account at 8 rival casinos
with no problem, 50 or 100 members would say the same
the only time you have a problem
is when you try to make more than one account at one casino to claim
multiple free bonuses.. including registering from
a 2nd computer and in a spouses name..

that is not allowed
and many members have tried .

rival will usally forgive
a small mistake like that once, and will unlock bonus accounts after
a review.. but if they see a patern of bonus seeking they will
not open bonus accounts
Sometimes bonus accounts get locked for a computer
issue, and is not your fault.. if that happens ask for a manager
review and they will fix your account
