Will the gift card work in the ATM at the bank you bought it at? If it will, maybe you could cash it out and then buy a Netspend card with it. I live in Texas and I can buy reload packs on Sunday at my local Albertson's store, that is if you already have a Netspend card. Actually, Netspend, Wired Plastic, and Obopay are the only cards I know of that will work at any casino. You can fund a Quicktender account with a credit card so you might can go that route.

Probably not much help but I would try funding my Quicktender account with it and then go from there.

Hope you get it to work for you.
