This has happened to me twice now, with the first being Fair Go and now Intertops.

I had already verified my accounts multiple times with each casino. I had also received payments from both since the last verifications that would lead one to believe further verification wouldn’t be necessary.

The new verification asks for a selfie holding the ID used for verification. What this proves, who knows.

Nonetheless, this request makes pending payments take an account extra week or longer. Currently Intertops is blaming the pandemic for additional time being necessary to review and process documents. Feels very scammy as a way to delay valid payments to previously verified account holders.

Anyone else experiencing this? Definitely makes me reconsider playing with casinos that do this to longterm verified members.

Yeah, Intertops told me today they would handle it by end of day. They didn’t and when I contacted them again, they said it would take more business days, they don’t work on weekends, and that once they reviewed the docs I would have to request the payment again. Starting the payment processing timeline all over again making a payment take over 2 weeks for processing.

I can’t in good faith recommend Intertops ever again, and I will not be playing there anymore.

Boxer15, Sorry for the trouble. I had to do several of my my accounts too. The ids and licenses expire so they need new ones I was told. And I have worked with these casinos for almost 20 years.

As far as Intertops goes, they are one of the few casinos I trust so I doubt they are trying to slow down your cashout. I will let them know about your complaint.

I appreciate you reaching out and your input, but this really will be the end of Intertops for me. I used to love it there, but since the update the play on mobile is also very laggy.

They’re also quoting Covid as a reason for delay if that matters? I would’ve assumed everyone with Intertops can work remotely.

Nonetheless I got told it would be handled in totality on Friday then was told otherwise. And if they approve the picture on Monday, I have to request the payment again and wait another 3-5 days.

I had an issue at Uptown Aces once, the chat agent somehow escalated and issued my payment while I was live chatting with them. That’s real service.

I am sorry for my delayed reply. I do not blame you. Play somewhere else if a casino treats you poorly. I have sent your complaints to Intertops and let them know they've lost a customer and I've complained about this.

To add to this topic, Slotastic also just asked for a photo of me holding my ID on an account that has been verified for years. In doing so the payment will be delayed nearly a week as they request the info on the day the payment would normally be issued. Then they have to approve it, which lands on Friday due to their delays.

RTG casinos are increasingly frustrating to play at these days.

Boxer15, I am sorry about that! I will complain to them about asking for verification so late. I have had to reverify myself for a bank wire at GV since my ID on file expired. I complained to my contact at the casino and they said they had to comply with new banking regulations. They are less likely to ask for re-verification with crypto withdrawals than with bank wires, I was told.

I would advise people reading along to do a new fax back form and id verification if you play a lot at a casino and it has been a few years since your verification. That way your withdrawals won't be slowed down.

Sorry again for the delays. I am waiting for a payout now that probably won't get paid until Monday and it is annoying.

Yeah, I would understand if the ID expired but it didn’t.

I only ever withdraw crypto.

Just very strange that so many are demanding a photo of you holding your ID now after the fact. They have the ID, utility bill, and all that already.

Hopefully your withdrawal comes through.

Fair Go did the same thing to me but the moment they approved the photo they sent the payment. Pretty clear Slotastic won’t be doing that. Might have to close my account with them after this withdrawal.
