I just came back from holidays.... and trying to log in Tropica Casino and the Vegasdays.. found out my account been locked. I emailed them, but what i get is this..

maxdee, Sorry Sorry! The only thing you can do is ask for a manager account review.

Do you ever deposit at the casinos, or only claim free chips? Could anyone have played your accounts while you were on holiday?

I did that too and they still are locked. In fact tropicana is the only one of three that isn't locked. I do deposit there often. I can't even open up a new rival cause they say my account is flagged. I guess by another rival. I think pantasia started it and I was very loyal to them. Oh well!! saves me $.

pantasia did that to me as well the day after i went to silver vip then royal and quite a few others followed suite i emailed all of them ruby davincis cocoa jus to name a few and i got back that very same email from each casino almost all at the same time it was like they didnt even look into it i mean they emailed me back and it was identical emails for every casino i requested a manager review for lol i was like forget it and delted them

I believe the management for the casinos don't even get to se the mails. I've heard that it is the same support as in live-chat that answering the mails also. If I know that there are a Rep in a forum somewhere I always turns to them first since they are working for the specific casino I want answers from.

I think they have rules and thats that. They are the ones that loose. Ha Ha. This day and age more then 50% of households have a roomate or another family member that lives with them. Thats how I got banned to begin with. I rented out two rooms etc. The times change , they need to do the same. I guess we should be thankfull they even let us play.

Hi. Sorry, but surely it is obvious why they have the 1 account per household rule.

Many casinos will allow a second account (example for husband/wives) if you email and get permission, but they will not allow 2 accounts to claim bonuses for obvious reasons.

If they did every player would make multiple accounts and claim bonuses and the casinos would quickly be out of business. Most players only play at casinos to claim bonuses and only a small percentage ever deposit, so you can see how things would get out of control.

Hello,
I have also been given the boot from my favorite rival casinos. This all happened because I have a $1200.00 wireless card laptop I am using now
and apparently the person whos internet it piggybacks off of is also a casino
player. So they think that I tried to open multiple accounts.
I tried the manager review but they don't care, they said that my accounts
are flagged now. I am a very honest person who has worked real hard to keep my credit record etc... clean and now this happens all because I got rid of my desktop and purchased a laptop. I geuss I am doomed forever to have a flag on my name.
So I understand exactly how you feel.

wiccanmom, Hi! Sorry!

You would be wise to set a security password for your wireless card. If you are using an unsecured network, anyone can steal any of your information at any time and see everything you do while you are online. Having a blocked casino account will seem like nothing compared to having your identity or credit card number stolen.

maxdee, Hi! Just to clarify: has your account been locked or have you been bonus blocked? Can you still log into the casino?

If you are only bonus blocked, sometimes they will fix that after some deposits... if your account is actually "locked" is is much more difficult to get them to change their minds.
