Just a follow up.. I just got a duplicate email from them saying that I have to submit my information via thier "support website"... so I had to go there, then go back into my previous emails to find what they changed my password to (which I thought I had changed back!!). I sent the info via thier website ... so now we will wait and see. Rolling Eyes

Well, I am sad to say that so far this casino has done nothing but give me the run around, so it looks like they are not going to pay. Also I hope that you don't mind that I will be starting a thread with a warning on them.They have check and western union listed as withdrawal methods. which I thought was great, because Wired Plastic can be funded via western union.. But NO... I get an email and according to them

They requested my ewallet information, providing a link to "ewalletxpress" .... well I don't have an account with ewalletxpress I have QT as my ewallet. I DID go to ewalletxpress to open an account HOWEVER they want me to DEPOSIT via my bank account in order to open an account!!! Sorry but I don't want to provide my banking information to yet another online ewallet company. I told AC Casino this via email. they replied that they understood I had a QT account and would I provide my information so they could process the withdrawal... Which I did.
BUT wait, I now get a message saying that the "FEE" for QT is $40!!!!! I have NEVER been charged a cent by ANY online casino to withdraw TO QT. So this fee must be on thier end!! In every one of their messages they said

so all along they have only want me to play it back! Its sad, which is exactly what I told them. I was only being a guinea pig just to see if they would pay a winner on the free chip..., obviously.... because I knew it was only a $20 withdrawal!!. So I guess I have no choice but to bring the balance up far enough to cover the fee THEY charge for Quicktender. I certainly will not deposit there, So, Unless anyone has any advice. ALL I can say now is........ BEWARE.

I just went through a big run around with AC casino. First I deposited at Pamper casino, which is connected to AC. I won 2500.00, after wagering 87000.00. They paid me in less than a week. A couple of months later I found AC, and deposited with them. I won 2541.00 after wagering a bunch. They started out doing 4 visa refunds to the card I used to deposit, and they were going to bank wire the rest, which was around 1900.00. After sending in documentation twice, I kept checking my transaction history. Then a few days later, when I tried to log in, I couldn't.
I chatted with them, and was told that everything was okay at their end. I then received an email saying that management had deactivated my account with no specified reason. It also said that I had been banned from ever using a bonus again at Pamper casino. Even though after I won I deposited several times and lost. Then it said to email Valerie to have my account reactivated, which I did, and I also asked about my pending withdrawal. She sent me an email back saying that I had already been paid everything that I was owed. I checked my bank and there was no wire sent.
Anyway, this went on for several days. I emailed Valerie again asking to have my account reactivated. She said I had to email her back stating that I understood that I could never take another bonus, and again I emailed backed saying "yes I understand that I can never take another bonus, because I won some money(I was trying not to be too much of a smart ass yet). So then she wrote me back saying I could log in again. When I did it said that my bank wire was accepted and sure enough it was in the bank. I had checked my bank all day, but at the end of the day there it was.
Now she says I can still deposit, I just can't take another bonus, but the casino rules are that once you've taken a bonus you always have to take a bonus, or if you don't you still have to play by the last bonus rules, from the bonus you took. Which doesn't make any sense at all. Bottom line folks, these two casinos do not want you to win, and if you do they close your account and ban you from ever taking a bonus again.
I have played at many different casinos and lately have won a decent amount of money from several different ones, and I have never had such a problem before. To me the upset wasn't worth it. I guess it was good for one win per casino. I would not give them the opportunity to get any of their money back, so I will never play at either of them again.
