They take a long time at live chat!
I waited for more than 5 minutes and no one ever answered me.
So, I just sent an email about the free $7
It is almost 100 degrees over here... I did not have the patience to wait
any longer! 
I did end up sending them an email on Wednesday about getting the Free $7....
And, checked my account a few hours later and it was there.
BUT.....
They are Funny!
Because they barely sent a response to that email, this morning! 
And, what is even funnier, is what they tell me.... even after I say that
no one answered me on live chat after waiting more than 5 minutes!
