queen2006, no, it is not new. The Grand Prive Casino Group (and Bella Vegas) has
been around a long time. They have had some problems, but are ok
and will pay if you follow the rules and win.
I do not play at these casinos personally, but some players do

I Have been playing since 2002 on grandprivé's group and never had problems for payments.
