Yes I am very impressed with their customer service. Chatted with Samantha and she was friendly, informative and made it clear she was there to please. I love the look of the casino too btw eheh. I received a 30 bonus and she made it clear to always ask what else there is over and above for promos, bonus etc.
I'm looking forward to spending some time there

For my free $30 I got live chat right away, but I had problem with my netspend card so I got back to live chat and it did take a while, my card didn't work but they said they would take care of it by the beginning of this coming week.

So I couldn't play this weekend there.

I must admit to being treated very well myself. Samatha was the support person I talked to. I was impressed. I may have to play there more often.
